De functie

In this role, you will deliver administrative support to the Cards Sales Account Manager. You will deal with B2B customers in Europe, providing information and manage the follow up of administrative processes.

Key responsibilities:
- Third Party Customer contract Administration: Creating / updating the system by recording account information (SAP)
- Customer Service: First line support for Third Party Customers and service stations (invoices, issue solving, anticipate on irregularity, problem-solving)
- Support: Assist the Card Account Manager / Sales Department on a support level (creation of ad-hoc reports, ad-hoc analysis)
- Communication: Responsible for the communication by phone and by mail with all parties involved (incoming mails and phone calls, follow-up on open issues, communication with account managers and other stakeholders)
- Administration of special deals, commissions, manual vouchers: Calculate and process monthly credit notes and provisions

Jouw profiel

- Bachelor degree
- Administrative sales support experience
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English, French is a plus
- Knowledge of MS Office, familiarity with CRM systems, knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Good analytical and organizational skills, good communication skills
