Acquisition Manager / Real Estate Coordinator

De functie

As Real Estate Coordinator you will be responsible for actively identifying and sourcing new site opportunities in accordance with EG Group’s property expansion strategy.
You will be responsible for identifying, reviewing and negotiating the acquisition of new sites for new to industry petrol filling stations and associated roadside retail offers. You will liaise and build relationships with land owners, developers and agents, to assist with sourcing and developing new site acquisition opportunities. You will maintain relationships with the authorities to change zoning plans and to obtain the required permits. In addition you will manage (a part of) the lease contract of the asset portfolio. You will be responsible to secure, extend or terminate lease agreements in order to increase and maintain site profitability and network coverage.


Key Accountabilities


• Identifying and pro-actively sourcing new acquisition opportunities.
• Working up acquisition leads and reviewing new site introductions to identify suitable opportunities.
• Conduct site inspections/ appraisals and undertake due diligence on prospective opportunities and lease renewals.
• Report and present new site opportunities to the European Property Director.
• Negotiating terms for acquisitions and lease renewals with vendors and consultants.
• Liaising with vendors, developers, municipalities, landlords and agents.
• Instructing legal professionals to procure agreed acquisitions and agreements and monitoring the process through to completion.
• Working closely with external adviser to secure permits for new site acquisitions.
• Working closely with the in-house Construction team to ensure delivery of new developments.
• Working closely with external consultants as necessary to ensure delivery of new developments.

Jouw profiel

- Bachelor degree
- Knowhow: Real Estate, lease law, environmental law, financials
- Dutch and English: fluent in both speaking & writing
- Skilled user for MS office applications
- Strong commercial, communication, negotiation and analytical skills
