De functie

In the role of Brand Coordinator you are responsible for the coordination of brand & communication activities for the brands concepts within the retail Business Unit. In this dynamic and international working environment you are aware of the differences in culture, customers, suppliers and assortments. You deal with internal and external parties and manage to balance the different interests.

Key responsibilities

Brand coordination: assisting in drafting, updating & safeguarding the brand guidelines for theassigned Brands & Business concepts for each country. Delivering guidance & support to internal and external stakeholders. Developing and maintaining tools & solutions in order to obtain maximum implementation.

Marketing Plan: assisting in drafting & executing the annual marketing plan for the assigned Brands, business concepts and activities. Campaigns: coordinating & implementing National /European campaigns.

Communication: coordinating internal and external communication on the assigned brands and with PR agency’s for external communication.

Research: coordinating research on the assigned, brands and evaluate international brandstudies and project results to local markets.

Relation management: engage, manage and maintain relationship with internal and external stakeholders.

Projects: assisting in developing and executing effective and cost efficient projects to supportdepartments in translating strategic and business plans into results. Events, fairs and loyalty.

Administration: responsible for the administration which is allocated or comes with the assigned tasks.

Jouw profiel

Education: Bachelor (in marketing or similar).
4-6 years working experience (preferable in a similar position).
Business experience is a plus
Team player, and able to work independent
Languages: Dutch, English and preferably French
