We are looking to expand our B2B Customer Service team in Breda with an employee who will support the envisioned world class customer experience.

De functie

Tasks and Responsibilities •Oversee the entire customer service process from making customer calls, order entry, logistic follow-up, support invoicing and cash collection; •Manage: entry of sales orders, on-time creation and sending of invoices through our first class ERP system (SAP); •Communicate proactively with (internal & external) customers - focus on the TOP customers – to maintain a solid customer relationship by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. •Follow-up on issues through phone, email and ensure correct credit note management; •Follow-up the daily administration of the customer files and databases; •Carry out field visits with Account Managers in order to understand the market and the customer needs; •Provide support to the sales team through a good communication and positive interaction;

Jouw profiel

•Customer focused and solution oriented •MBO+/HBO education and/or work experience level •Positive and self-motivated with the drive to achieve qualitative and quantitative results•Strong communicator (externally and internally) •At least 12+ months working experience in a customer service environment •Financial experience or affinity with analysis is a pre •Excellent attention to detail - logical and thorough in approach •Resilient and able to work under pressure •Prepared to change and challenge•Approachable and able to deal with people of varying levels, knowledge and experience •Adaptable and flexible to ensure consistency in service to the customer •Languages: Fluent Dutch and English is essential, French is a pre•Good MS Office Knowledge
